Today we have world language and gym. We have chicken patty and lasagna for lunch. We have library. Yesterday we had our chapter 5 math test. We have 2 extra minutes for recess. We started writing a rhyming poem. In reading we are working on having a good book discussion. In Lemonade War, the main characters, Jesse and Evan start a lemonade war to see who can sell the most lemonade. We hope you have a really good day!

Today we have world languages and gym. Yesterday we worked on our haiku poems. We wrote a haiku poem together as a class about sharks. We took our test on continents and oceans. In math, we learned how to find tenths and hundredths of a meter stick, it was kind of hard! Today we are having pizza hut. Happy Friday!!!

Today we have Art .We also have library. Yesterday we started writing haiku poems. A haiku has 3 lines and a 5,7,5 syllable pattern. For reading we are working on how to have a good book discussion. In math we are learning about decimals in the tenths, hundredths and thousandths. We also started learning about the solar system yesterday!

Yesterday we had gym and world language class. We worked on finishing our landform maps. We also worked on finishing our narratives and wrote our Dear Reader letters. We talked about what we did for our winter break. For lunch we had french toast sticks and pancakes. Most of the snow melted over winter break because of the rain and sunshine, but it's snowing out right now!We are in chapter 5 for math and yesterday we practiced reading and writing numbers into the millions.
